Meet Our Fitness Experts: The Dedicated Xpect Performance Team Behind Our Success
Clinton Shum
Founder and Head Trainer
Clinton runs Xpect Performance and has been based here at Durban Country Club since 2015 and works with general wellness clients and golf-specific strength and conditioning. He is a Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Fitness Instructor. Clint works with several Sunshine Tour players, as well as some of the country’s top amateur golfers of varying ages.
A large component of Clinton’s training is geared toward enabling golfers of all ages to move better, restrict limitations and pain, and maximise performance. His focus on quality movement allows for a more efficient golf swing and decreased risk of injury.
In Clinton’s experience of over 11 years, he has helped many men and women achieve their fitness and life goals. Whether it be muscle gains, fat loss or training for lifestyle balance and prevention of mental illness, you can expect results when training with Clinton.
